Abholung & R\u00fcckgabe<\/h3>\n

Die Camper, Wohnmobile und Wohnw\u00e4gen sind in der Stahlhofstra\u00dfe 3, in 79183 Waldkirch abzuholen und zur\u00fcckzubringen. Die \u00dcbergabe erfolgt immer am Nachmittag zwischen 13:00 und 18:00 Uhr. Die R\u00fcckgabe erfolgt am letzten Tag der Mietzeit vormittags zwischen 09:00 und 12:00 Uhr. Die \u00dcber- und R\u00fcckgaben sind von Montag bis Freitag m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Freikilometer<\/h3>\n

Pro Tag sind 250 Kilometer frei, jeder weitere Kilometer kostet 0,25\u20ac.<\/p>\n

Neuwagen<\/h3>\n

Unsere Flotte besteht ausschlie\u00dflich aus Neuwagen und jungen Gebrauchten.<\/p>\n

Mietausfall<\/h3>\n

Sofern wir das gemietete Fahrzeug zum vereinbarten \u00dcbergabepunkt nicht bereitstellen k\u00f6nnen, werden wir ein gleichwertiges oder eines der h\u00f6heren Kategorien zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<\/p>\n

Fahrzeugbetankung<\/h3>\n

Das Fahrzeug ist bei \u00dcbergabe und R\u00fccknahme voll betankt. Ist dies bei der R\u00fcckgabe nicht der Fall, wird neben den tagesaktuellen Kraftstoffkosten eine Servicegeb\u00fchr in H\u00f6he von 20,00\u20ac in Rechnung gestellt.<\/p>\n

R\u00fcckgabe und Sauberkeit der Mietfahrzeuge<\/h3>\n

Die Wohnmobile sind im Innenraum besenrein zur\u00fcckzugeben. Die K\u00fcche, das Bad und die Toilette sind in einem gereinigten, sauberen Zustand zur\u00fcckzugeben. Die Toilettenkassetten sind leer und in einem gereinigten Zustand zur\u00fcckzugeben. Das Grau- sowie das Frischwasser sind vor der R\u00fcckgabe zu leeren. Entspricht das Wohnmobil bei der R\u00fcckgabe nicht den genannten Anforderungen gelten folgende Reinigungspauschalen. Zus\u00e4tzliche Reinigung bei groben Verschmutzungen im Innenraum: 100,- \u20ac
Reinigung aufgrund grober Verschmutzungen der K\u00fcche, des Bads oder der Toilette: 150,- \u20ac<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Versicherung<\/h3>\n

Haftpflichtversicherung, Vollkaskoversicherung und Teilkaskoversicherung (z.B. Glasschaden) mit 1.000,- \u20ac Selbstbeteiligung je Schadensfall. Zus\u00e4tzlich bieten wir eine Haftungsreduzierung auf 300,- \u20ac bei Steinschl\u00e4gen in der Windschutzscheibe an. Die Haftungsreduzierung kostet pro Mittag 10,- \u20ac.<\/p>\n

Mindestalter & weitere Fahrer<\/h3>\n

Das Mindestalter ist 18. Weitere Fahrer m\u00fcssen zu Beginn der Miete im Mietvertrag festgehalten werden.<\/p>\n

Servicepauschale<\/h3>\n

Pro Miete verlangen wir eine einmalige Servicepauschale von 139,- \u20ac. Diese beinhaltet eine umfassende Fahrzeugeinweisung und \u00dcbergabe, Campinggas, Toilettenchemie und eine Au\u00dfenreinigung des Fahrzeugs. Unsere Fahrzeuge werden ohne Frischwasser ausgeliefert.<\/p>\n

Stornierungsbedingungen<\/h3>\n

Liegt ein von beiden Seiten akzeptierte Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung vor, greifen im Falle einer vorzeitigen Stornierung folgende Stornierungsbedingungen: Im Falle einer Stornierung bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn, werden dem Mieter Stornierungskosten in H\u00f6he von 25% der gesamten Mietkosten in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Stornierung der Miete im Zeitfensters zwischen 14 Tagen und 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn, werden dem Mieter Stornierungskosten in Hohe von 50% der gesamten Mietkosten in Rechnung gestellt. Im Falle einer Stornierung innerhalb der letzten 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn, werden dem Mieter Stornierungskosten in Hohe von 75% der gesamten Mietkosten in Rechnung gestellt.
In diesem Zusammenhang empfehlen wir ausdr\u00fccklich eine private Reiser\u00fccktrittsversicherung abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mietdauer<\/h3>\n

In der Vorsaison betr\u00e4gt die Mindestmietdauer drei Tage. In der Zwischen- und Hauptsaison betr\u00e4gt die Mindestmietdauer eine Woche. Speziell in den Pfingstferien vermieten wir die Camper und Wohnmobile f\u00fcr mindestens zwei Wochen.<\/p>\n

Online Buchung und Bezahlung<\/h3>\n

Das gew\u00fcnschte Fahrzeug ist online zu buchen. Um die Buchung verbindlich abzuschlie\u00dfen m\u00fcssen zun\u00e4chst 25 % der Mietpreises angezahlt werden. Online stehen unter anderem die Zahlungsarten Paypal, Mastercard, Visa oder giropay zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die noch ausstehenden 75 % der Mietkosten k\u00f6nnen vor der geplanten Fahrzeug\u00fcbergabe \u00fcberwiesen oder am Tag der Abholung via EC-oder Kreditkarte bezahlt werden.<\/p>\n

Rauchen und Haustiere<\/h3>\n

Wir bitten unsere Kunden in unseren Fahrzeugen nicht zu rauchen. Das Mietf\u00fchren von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
