Schaden<\/h3>\n<p>Vor Fahrtbeginn k\u00f6nnt ihr die bereits bekannten Sch\u00e4den in der App einsehen und mit dem Fahrzeug abgleichen.<\/p>\n<p>Entdeckt ihr einen neuen Schaden, meldet diesen bitte direkt \u00fcber die App:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foto aufnehmen<\/li>\n<li>Schaden kurz dokumentieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wichtig: Im Zweifel gilt \u2013 lieber einen Schaden mehr melden als einen zu wenig. So bleibt der Fahrzeugzustand f\u00fcr alle transparent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Verschmutzung<\/h3>\n<p>Ist das Fahrzeug st\u00e4rker verschmutzt, k\u00f6nnt ihr dies einfach melden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foto aufnehmen<\/li>\n<li>kurze Beschreibung hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unser Team k\u00fcmmert sich schnellstm\u00f6glich um die Reinigung.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3. Fundsache<\/h3>\n<p>Habt ihr etwas im Fahrzeug gefunden, k\u00f6nnt ihr den Gegenstand direkt melden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foto aufnehmen<\/li>\n<li>angeben, wo sich die Fundsache befindet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tipp: Lasst die Fundsache m\u00f6glichst im Fahrzeug. So kann unser Service sie mitnehmen oder wir k\u00f6nnen dem Eigent\u00fcmer schnell Zugriff auf das Fahrzeug erm\u00f6glichen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>4. Parkversto\u00df<\/h3>\n<p>Steht ein fremdes Fahrzeug auf einer Carsharing-Station, meldet dies bitte \u00fcber die App.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wichtig f\u00fcr die Meldung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foto mit Kennzeichen<\/li>\n<li>Carsharing-Beschilderung sichtbar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wie geht es weiter?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beendet eure Buchung auf einem freien Parkplatz in Sichtweite der Station<\/li>\n<li>Nutzt ausschlie\u00dflich \u00f6ffentliche Parkpl\u00e4tze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nicht erlaubt sind z.
