Sollten Sie im laufenden Betrieb weitere Zug\u00e4nge ben\u00f6tigen \u2013 bspw. um mehrere Fahrzeuge parallel nutzen oder um die Buchungen zwischen weiteren Abteilungen\/ Teams abgrenzen zu k\u00f6nnen \u2013 steht Ihnen der folgende Bestellprozess zur Verf\u00fcgung. \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n

Je Zugang ist die Art des Tarifs (gr\u00fcne, goldene oder schwarze Karte) und das gew\u00fcnschte Sicherheitspaket zu w\u00e4hlen. Sie k\u00f6nnen entscheiden, ob den neuen Zugang nur ein:e oder mehrere Fahrer:in\/innen nutzen sollen.\u200b Je Zugang kann im Weiteren gew\u00e4hlt werden, ob eine physische Zugangskarte ben\u00f6tigt wird oder der\/ die Fahrer:innen ausschlie\u00dflich mit der App die Fahrzeuge buchen, \u00f6ffnen und verschlie\u00dfen. Die Zugangskarte kostet einmalig 15,- \u20ac. Der virtuelle Zugang via App und Buchungssystem ist kostenlos. \u200b<\/p>\n

Je Fahrer:in muss die \u201eVertragsanlage Fahrtberechtigung\u201c herunterladen, ausgef\u00fcllt, unterschrieben und anschlie\u00dfend im Rahmen des folgenden Prozesses hochladen werden. \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n

\u200bWICHTIG:<\/strong> Die vertretungsberechtigte Person der Firma, des Vereins oder der Organisation ist verpflichtet die F\u00fchrerscheine der Fahrer:innen auf Echtheit und G\u00fcltigkeit zu pr\u00fcfen. Die Nutzung von Gr\u00fcne Flotte Fahrzeuge ohne hinterlegte Fahrtberechtigung ist verboten. \u200b<\/p>\n

\u200bTheorie & Praxis:<\/strong> Nicht zu vernachl\u00e4ssigen ist jedoch die Komplexit\u00e4t vieler Firmen- und Vereinsorganisationen. H\u00e4ufig ist es daher schlicht nicht m\u00f6glich Fahrer:innen Zugang zum Buchungssystem bzw. der App zu gew\u00e4hren. Weiterhin wird in diesen F\u00e4llen die physische Zugangskarte Abhilfe leisten, um Fahrzeuge schnell und einfach \u00f6ffnen und verschlie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen\u200b.\u200b<\/p>\n
